CLEEVE CLOUD GOLF CLUB

While my wife was looking after our gandson yesterday in Cheltenham,i took the chance to walk up to Cleeve Hill. The highest point on the Cotswolds overlooking Cheltenham racecourse. It was windy and very cold,a good day for a walk.This is a view towards the golf club.

You just see the racecourse in the middle of this photo.

BLUE TIT AND BERRIES

Today has been a good and bad day, good..the sun has shone all day(proof the photo)taken this afternoon. The bad....i played golf this morning,it was cold and i played like a man with no arms. Things can only improve.

CANNOP POND

There is no better place in the forest to rest for a while, than on this seat at Cannop.The clumps of mud you can see are the result of the wild boar digging.

REDWING

As i am not an expert in bird recognition, i had to consult my "I SPY" book of birds and the nearest to the photo said REDWING. Pity about the twig getting in the way, i did move but when i raised the camera................it was GONE.
