ON THE RIVER BANK

On the river bank walk i took the other day,i came across this old brick building.Too small to be a barn,it may have been used by Salmon fishermen...Note its got a chimney. The other a very low tin shed probably used for sheep
The Yew tree in the picture has seen a lot of years come and go too.

YOUNG BLUE TIT

To day is the start of of this young Blue tits life, all five of them flew the nest box outside my kitchen window. I'm pleased that they are alright, but will miss the comings and goings of the adult birds as the worked long hours to feed their brood.
