THE PERRANPORTH MERMAID

On my walk along the south west coast path, i had to divert off the cliff path on to the beach below ,to avoid an army firing range. Part way across this 2 mile beach i came across this mermaid made by someone out of what the sea washed up.

I'm off to Cornwall tomorrow for a week. I will be carrying on with my walk along the South West Coast Path. I hope to cover around 80 miles in four days of walking,and resting on the other days with a pint or two of cider.

SMALL BLUE

No balloon ride today,far too windy,i think i would have ended up in Sweden if it had gone ahead.I will have to rebook for another day.

COMMON DARTER

I have   booked my balloon ride. attempt #5 for Tuesday morning, i have just seen the weather forecast.....RAIN AND MORE RAIN.............Houston we've got a problem.

FOREST TRACK AT NAGSHEAD
