A FEW MORE WIND DIRECTIONAL INDICATORS

It is getting harder to find the more unusual vanes around were we walk, still the most common seem to be the Cockerel. But we are soon off on some walking breaks, around the Malvern Hills and back on the South West Coast Path in Cornwall. So i may see some different ones in these areas. If i do, i will show them.

  1. Good luck in your hunt. If you look under them there are often turret clocks. Brilliant are they but hard to access.

    1. I GO DOWN TO CORNWALL ABOUT 3 TIMES EACH YEAR AND WALK BETWEEN 40 -65 MILES EACH TRIP . I HOPE TO WALK ALL THE SWCP....600 MILES IN 6 WEEKS, BUT THAT WILL WAIT TILL I RETIRE.
