It could be a female Sparrowhawk, but, but it might be a Goshawk, turn it around a bit.....Lovely find.
I think I would go for Goshawk....A grand bird to have in your garden.The new header is a great bit of work.

I think it is too small for a Goshawk ... I would say Sharp Shin. Note the squared tail. But what's in a name ... he/she is beautiful and young given that her eyes are still yellow and her back still brown :). Very cool shot ...Andrea @ From The Sol
