Not 100% sure, but i think this is a Large White, ..... Because its large and its white.

This is the navigation light on the end of Lydney harbour,  now powered by electric
but would have been oil lamp 100 years ago. The docks was used for exporting the coal out of the forest and importing hard wood timber from Africa for use in the making of plywood

This is the pillar that holds the light , very ornate

Chains that open the tidal gates

The old capstan, used to pull the boats in against the tide. The buildings on the other bank are 2 old nuclear reactors, now decommissioned and cased in concrete for 150 years.

Can anyone put a name to this bird please.........Lesser Whitethroat maybe ?
