I was a bit worried earlier in the year, but they have done really well over the last 3 weeks. It would be good if they stayed still for a bit longer. From Findlay
I thought surely it must be; I've seen so many butterfly bloggers this summer season, while on east coast Australia, no butterflies happening. I don't ever see many at all anytime. This one you have captured is beautiful too.
O yes, I agree, Peter. They are very quick and busy especially when the sun shines. But this picture is a "three in one". Beautiful flowers, a caterpillar and a butterfly. Great shot. Greetings, Joke
Love the caterpillar in the background. I'm finding them more difficult than birds at the moment. They WILL not keep still and seem to have developed lens-phobia!
Small White(m) and a Cinnabar Moth caterpillar, great shot Peter. They sure don't make it easy, do they?...[;o)
ReplyDeleteExcellent. There are a lot about but they have to be snapped early in the day.
ReplyDeleteThe Small White butterfly, ah, at last, we can look into their lives.
