A FENCE AND DEFENCE 2 FOR THE PRICE OF 1

This is a photo of a PILL BOX, this was built to stop Mr Hitlers army from invading the country in WW2 Our first line of defense should they have come up the River Severn. LINKING TO THERESA @ GOOD FENCES

  2. It's extraordinary how many of these survive. (As for the inside - they always seem to have been used as urinals and aren't very pleasant to visit.)

  9. I used to love bunkers and actually.
    Also in Lower Land, there are still many, especially in the dunes.
    Funny that it has named pillbox. I never knew.
